Use of Exotic Materials and  Techniques

Often, mid-job, the property owner will request the  use of alternate materials that are more expensive  and/or an exotic design (such as a mosaic in a  swimming pool bottom or on the wall of a kitchen or bathroom). Or, the materials originally agreed upon may become unavailable after the job is started. The  result can be more expensive than anticipated and/or  not function or look exactly as intended.
